3. Internal marketing audit

All factors that are internal to the organization are known as the 'internal environment'. The internal environment is as important for managing change as the external. It informs, and involves all staff in new initiatives and strategies.

Terms of execution - 2 to 4 weeks according to the company size, staff and office distribution.

Method - The internal environment is audited by the method called 5 M'S which are Men, Money, Machinery, Materials and Markets for the company.

Final product - Report in three parts: Description of the current company status, conclusions and recommendations.
