Consumer analysis represents the nature of consumer decision making process. It is also giving information about the demographic structure, and consumer's perception of the company.

8. Who makes the buying decisions ? When ? Where ? How ?
9. Is our customer profile desirable in light of changes in population, demographics and lifestyles ?
10. How will changes in user trends / demands affect us ?
