demographic structure, and consumer's perception of the company.

3. Why do our customers patronize us ?
4. Why do consumers not patronize us ?
5. How do our customers compare to our competitors' customers ?
6. What are the basic attitudes of our customers ?
7. How can we best reach our current customers ?
8. Who makes the buying decisions ? When ? Where ? How ?
9. Is our customer profile desirable in light of changes in population, demographics and lifestyles ?
10. How will changes in user trends / demands affect us ?
